In order to streamline processes in trading companies and to meet the needs of existing customers, the StockM team<\/a> has developed a promotion management module that helps manage promotions and inventory over the duration of a promotion. StockM is the only inventory management system<\/a> developed in Lithuania that can offer promotion management functionality to its users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the promotion period, the frequency of orders and demand for goods often increases. Increased interest in one or another group of goods obliges the seller to ensure the optimal quantity of goods in the warehouse, to avoid lost sales and to effectively manage the execution of new orders, taking into account storage capacity.
StockM promotion module<\/a> is developed to make it easier for store chains deal with stock and promotion management. A successful promotion requires in-depth inventory and other data analysis. This can be offered by StockM and promotion modules PROMO1 and PROMO2.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Promotion management module PROMO1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The PROMO1 promotion management module is implemented together with the standard StockM STD version. This functionality is developed to manage short-term promotions with a strictly defined date. PROMO1 provides an opportunity to set the promotion period, rules, list of promotional items and create promotions based on the old ones. The standard promotion management module makes it easy to manage promotional items quantities in stock, helping to avoid lost sales and overstock during and after the promotion.
Stock amount for the promotional items could be set manually or calculated based on average sales for a specified period, or promotion could be created based on an old one. It is possible to change the delivery time and quantities of the goods before the start of the promotion. Also user can add new goods and remove goods not participating in the promotion. The PROMO1 module allows to change the lists of promotional items (add or delete an item) after the start of the promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Promotion management module PROMO2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The PROMO2 promotion management module is intended for the consumer in whose business the promotional goods are a significant part of the turnover. Therefore, the PROMO2 module is developed to provide the user with the maximum comfort of promotion management and a wide range of options: from entering information about promotions from customer accounting system to selecting an individual promotion\u2019s algorithm for each item separately. The module has 4 general promotion management algorithms, but if the client has their own preferences, its algorithm can be added as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
